At HobbyVault India, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on Gunpla, Gundam, or plastic model kits, tools, and accessories. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

We guarantee that all items sold are authentic and brand‑new (unless specified otherwise). Each product is carefully checked and securely packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Damaged or Missing Items  
While refunds are not available, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Delays

HobbyVault India is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party shipping partners, courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such delays do not, by themselves, entitle customers to a refund, cancellation, or compensation for their order. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking their shipments and coordinating with the relevant shipping partner to resolve delivery issues.
