How to Pre‑Order Your Favorite Gunpla Kits at HobbyVault India

At HobbyVault India, we know how exciting it is to secure your dream Gunpla kit before it hits the shelves. That’s why we’ve made our pre‑order system simple, transparent, and customer‑friendly. Here’s a step‑by‑step guide to help you place your preorder with confidence.


🛒 Step 1: Browse & Select Your Pre‑Order Item

  • Visit our Pre‑Order section on the HobbyVault India website.

  • Look for items marked clearly as “Pre‑Order” in the ribbon.

  • Each product page will mention that the listed price is 50% of the total cost.


💳 Step 2: Pay 50% Upfront

  • Add the preorder item to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  • The price shown is only half of the product’s total price.

  • Pay securely via our payment gateway, using your preferred method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet).

  • Once payment is complete, your preorder is confirmed.


📩 Step 3: Receive Confirmation

  • You’ll get an order confirmation email with details of your preorder.

  • This email will include your balance amount (remaining 50%) and expected stock arrival timeline.


📦 Step 4: Wait for Stock Arrival

  • We’ll keep you updated on the estimated arrival date of your kit.

  • As soon as the product is in stock, we’ll notify you via email/SMS.


💳 Step 5: Pay the Remaining 50%

  • When stock arrives, you’ll receive a secure payment link for the balance amount.

  • Complete the payment to finalize your order.

  • Once the balance is paid, your kit will be shipped to you immediately.

  • The payment link would be active for 14 days. If the balance is not paid within this timeframe, your preorder will be cancelled, and the advance payment will be forfeited as per our preorder policy.



📌 Important Notes

  • The price listed on preorder items is only 50% of the total cost.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery.

  • Preorders are non‑refundable unless the product is unavailable.

  • Once stock arrives, you will receive a secure payment link for the balance.

  • The payment link will remain active for 14 days. If the balance is not paid within this timeframe, the preorder will be cancelled and the advance payment forfeited as per our preorder policy.
